Kevin Vader is the owner and broker for Texas Top Realty. He is a graduate from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.  Kevin has over 23 years of real estate experience that include, property management, property renovations, investment properties, contract negotiation and commercial real estate. 
Century 21 Top Realty officially opened its doors in August of 2012.  They have grown from being a start-up brokerage to being one of  the  top brokerages in the greater Houston area.  The brokerage focuses on 4 main areas of business:  Residential, commercial, investment properties and property management.   Kevin and his team have helped clients purchase over 2,000 residential and commercial properties, and managed over 200 renovation projects. 
Kevin also enjoys giving back to the community. He is the past President and current member of the Reveille Club, a group that raises funds for student groups at Texas A&M.  He also travels across the country with his wife Melissa to help raise funds for research for life threatening diseases for the City of Hope
